Following a range of Learning and Development events, we asked our clients for some feedback.

How would you describe your learning experience with the Inspiration Group?

If I have to say in one word “STUPENDOUS”. I like Ruth’s style of explaining the various concepts, I found it easy to co-relate the issues and their solutions to my workplace which is very positive thing in learning as we can compare the situations and the way we solved the same in past, it is easy to retrospect.

There are too many good points to list!

I’ve found it to be one of the most encouraging, involving and inspiring training courses I’ve ever participated in.

It was really enjoyable and very informative with some excellent exercises, and very good trainer.

Excellent.  Professional, engaging, relevant.

My Learning experience with the Inspiration Group was excellent. I learned techniques to handle many situations and people.

What did you find most enjoyable about the experience?

The Trainer used many ways in which to pass on her knowledge to us and was able to explain difficult to understand subjects in simple terms.

Networking and learning from others, both trainer and classmates. Finding personal “hidden” strengths and development topics.

Practical approaches to a few of the problems as it shows where we are lacking and how plan to improve on them.

The trainer was beyond praise. I was really impressed with her enthusiasm and energy.

Ruth is good at talking around the subject so as to give it meaning and context.

Here are some examples of what our corporate clients have said about working with us:

The Inspiration Group acted as an extension to our internal training team and designed and delivered a professional Management Development Programme based upon our requirements to develop our management competencies. Listening closely to our needs, they built a series of nine 1 and 2-day workshops, all of which received excellent feedback from both delegates and their line managers alike. The complementary training styles, understanding of our business' - enabling practical examples of how theoretical methods could be implemented, and the detailed planning ensured a programme that had tangible and immediate benefits in management capability.

Training Manager, Aurum Group

As an organisation, we have, in the past, concentrated heavily on delivering core skills training. In 2007, we needed to address the development needs of our management team in order to support our succession plans. Having spent time getting to know our business and the people within it, The Inspiration Group designed a long-term Management Development programme of 6 workshops, delivered over 18 months. This programme not only involved the very practical and interactive workshops for the delegates but a detailed assessment of their development needs by both themselves and their teams, and post-workshop activities to ensure learning continued in the workplace. In order to support the success of the programme they also trained the regional management team and training managers in coaching skills and provided coaching and mentoring to several of the senior management team. All of which received excellent feedback from those involved.

Head of Operations and Training, Johnsons Cleaners

Ruth is a fantastic and reliable associate trainer to work with. I have worked with Ruth in more than one company. In a previous role, I engaged Ruth to deliver Management Development Training to Retail Managers. Currently, Ruth delivers both Management Development training for Technical Team Leads and Managers in a complex IT environment. Ruth has also developed a Graduate Personal Development programme which she runs for me. A cost effective and efficient solution for those wanting excellent results whilst working with a lively, pragmatic, reliable, no fuss, thorough and fun associate trainer. People who have attended Ruth’s workshops have also expressed interest in continuing the relationship with her as their coach - high praise indeed and well deserved.

Training and Development Manager, AVEVA Group

Ruth is probably the best trainer I have ever met. She not only seeks to understand the requirements but then designs and delivers excellent results. For Goldsmiths, she worked with a network of trainers to deliver a new programme, which received fantastic feedback from all involved and enhanced the management skills within the business. Ruth's knowledge of her subject matter is excellent. She is also an excellent coach and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing personal career support or any organisation seeking to enhance its training portfolio with a professional supplier.

Interim HR Director

Ruth has a great way with people which works well in both a training and coaching environment. She has developed strategies to train even the most difficult of managers and continuously gets results. I would highly recommend Ruth for both management training and coaching
